MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
It can take up to 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 6 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

How do you determine "Profits" when a product is bought from the Better World Collection?
We believe transparency is important, this is how we handle the products.
When a product is bought with 10%, the calculation is:
- Profit = [Purchased Price]*(1-0.1)-([Cost of Shirt]*[Tax]) - ([Set Portion of Shipping Cost]*(1-0.1))
- Purchased Price: Is the amount the customer pays before any shipping costs charged on top (If any).
- Tax: In Canada we generally pay 13% tax
- Set Portion of Shipping Cost = A very small portion of the shipping fees is included in the price of the shirt.
